At Velixous, we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read this Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Standard Orders
- Standard orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- To request cancellation, contact Velixous support with your order number and cancellation request.
- Once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or handed over to the courier, cancellation may not be possible.
2. Pre-Order Items
- For products marked as pre-order, cancellation requests must be raised within 72 hours of placing the pre-order.
- After 72 hours, the order is considered final because production, sourcing, or fulfilment preparation may have already started.
- Pre-order timelines may vary depending on production, stock availability, and logistics.
3. Cancellation After Allowed Window
- If a cancellation request is made after the applicable window, Velixous may not be able to cancel the order.
- For standard orders, this applies after 24 hours or once the order is processed/shipped.
- For pre-order items, this applies after 72 hours or once production/fulfilment has started.
- In such cases, customers may request a return or exchange after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy and Exchange Policy.
4. Refunds for Approved Cancellations
- If your cancellation request is approved within the allowed window, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or another method decided by Velixous.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or payment gateway.
- Refunds may take approximately 3-10 business days to reflect after processing.
- Any payment gateway charges, COD charges, shipping charges, or handling fees, if applicable, may be non-refundable.
5. How to Cancel an Order
To request cancellation, contact us with the following details:

- The item/items you wish to cancel

6. Exceptions
- Velixous reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests made outside the allowed cancellation window.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped or delivered.
- If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, please contact us immediately. Such cases will be handled under our Return & Refund Policy or Exchange Policy.
- Policy misuse, repeated cancellations, or suspicious activity may result in order restrictions.
