Velixous - Exchange Policy

This Exchange Policy applies to all eligible purchases made from Velixous.

1. Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Exchange approval is subject to product inspection and stock availability.

2. Size or Color Exchange

  • Size or color exchanges may be allowed depending on available stock.
  • If the requested size or color is unavailable, Velixous may offer store credit, an alternative product, or another available option.
  • Price differences, if any, must be paid by the customer before dispatching the replacement item.

3. Non-Exchangeable Products

  • Used, washed, damaged, altered, stained, or worn products.
  • Products without original tags, labels, or packaging.
  • Innerwear, intimate wear, or hygiene-related products.
  • Products damaged due to customer handling, misuse, or improper care.

4. Exchange Process

  • Customers must contact Velixous support with their Order ID and exchange request.
  • Once approved, reverse pickup may be arranged if serviceable at the customer’s pincode.
  • If reverse pickup is not available, the customer may be required to self-ship the product to the address shared by support.
  • The replacement product will be dispatched only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

5. Quality Inspection

  • All exchanged products are inspected after they are received by Velixous.
  • If the product fails inspection due to usage, damage, stains, odor, missing tags, or missing packaging, the exchange request may be rejected.
  • Rejected exchange products may be shipped back to the customer.

6. Exchange Shipping Charges

  • Exchange shipping or handling charges may apply depending on the order, location, and courier availability.
  • Any applicable charges will be communicated before the exchange is processed.
