To request a return, email us your order number, email or phone number, and reason for return. The reason is optional, but it helps us support you faster.

How to Request a Return
Send an email to support@velixous.com with the subject line RETURN ORDER.
Please include your order number, your email or phone number used while placing the order, and the reason for return. The reason is optional.
Return Eligibility
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Quality Inspection
All returns are subject to approval and quality inspection. If the product shows signs of use, stains, odor, damage, washing, missing tags, or missing packaging, the return may be rejected.
Refund Method
Approved refunds may be issued as store credit, discount code, or another refund method decided by Velixous. Shipping charges, COD charges, payment gateway charges, and handling fees, if applicable, may be non-refundable.
Return Pickup
If reverse pickup is available at your pincode, we may arrange pickup after approval. If reverse pickup is not available, you may be required to self-ship the product to the address shared by support.
Important Note
Please do not send any product back without return approval from Velixous support. Products sent without approval may not be accepted.
