Velixous - Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Velixous.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • A return handling deduction may apply on approved returns.
  • Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.

All return requests are subject to quality inspection.


2. Non-Returnable Products

  • Innerwear
  • Intimate or hygiene-related products
  • Used, washed, damaged, or altered products
  • Products without original tags or packaging

For hygiene-related products, refunds are not permitted. Exchanges may be allowed only if approved by Velixous support.


3. Return Approval & Inspection

  • All return requests must be approved by our support team before sending the product back.
  • Products are inspected once received at our warehouse.
  • If the product fails inspection due to usage, damage, stains, odor, missing tags, or missing packaging, the return may be rejected.
  • Rejected returns may be shipped back to the customer.

4. Return Pickup Availability

  • If reverse pickup is available at your pincode, we will arrange pickup after approval.
  • If return pickup is not serviceable at your pincode, you may be required to self-ship the product.
  • Self-shipping instructions will be shared by our support team after approval.

5. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds may be issued as store credit, discount code, or another refund method decided by Velixous.
  • Refunds are processed only after successful quality inspection.
  • Shipping charges, COD charges, and handling fees, if applicable, may be non-refundable.

6. Store Credit / Discount Code Terms

  • Redeemable only on Velixous.
  • One-time use unless stated otherwise.
  • Non-transferable.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Refunds, store credits, or discount codes are issued after successful quality inspection.
  • Processing timelines may vary depending on logistics and payment partners.

8. Exchanges

  • Size or color exchanges may be allowed subject to stock availability.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must pass quality inspection before an exchange is processed.

9. Policy Enforcement

  • Velixous reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that violate this policy.
  • Policy misuse, repeated returns, or suspicious activity may result in order restrictions.
